Summer 2013 Update:
Student email has been upgraded to Microsoft 365.
So, the login screen may look a little different than what you are used to.
If you are a new student for summer 2013, you will use 'Nws' plus your six digit birthdate for the password (example: Nws012574). For students returning from previous semesters, your password should not have changed.

Instructions for Accessing Your
NW-SCC Student E-Mail Account

Note: If this is your first semester, your email address may not be active until after the add/drop period ends. This is typically about one week into the semester.

1. Log into Online Services to locate your new e-mail address.
(If you are not sure how to log into Online Services, click here for instructions. After you are logged in, click on 'View My Information' to find your student e-mail address listed as Campus Email.)

2. Click the link at the bottom of this page to log into your student email account. Your e-mail password will be 'Nws' plus your six-digit birthdate (Example: Nws012574). You will be prompted to change your password and accept the service Agreement the first time you log in.

Important Note: If you change your password and forget it, please use the 'Forgot Your Password' link on the login screen in order to retrieve it. NW-SCC staff cannot retrieve your password. However, if you are unable to retrieve it, we can reset it back to your birthdate. If you need the password reset, please send an email to cookson@nwscc.edu with the following information:
1. Your NW-SCC email address
2. Your NW-SCC student number (not your SSN)
3. Your six-digit birthdate
