If you need assistance with any NW-SCC login information including myNW-SCC,
Moodle, or Student Email, please use one of the following options for assistance.

All new students will be assigned a student number called an 'N' number that will be used to log into Moodle. If you do not know your 'N' number, you can locate it by logging into your myNW-SCC account. After logging in, click on any of the student options (view transcript, view schedule, etc.), and your 'N' number will be at the top right.

Fill out the form linked below to request assistance with your myNW-SCC (Banner) PIN, Moodle Password, or Student Email account.

Option 2
Send a message in Moodle to April Cookson requesting assistance with your myNW-SCC (Banner) PIN or Student Email. For identification purposes, please include your birthdate and program of study or college major that is on your NW-SCC admissions record.

Option 3
For assistance with your myNW-SCC (Banner) PIN, you can stop by the Admissions Office on either campus, and one of the Admissions Office staff will assist you.
For assistance with your Moodle login, you can stop by the Distance Education Office on the Shoals campus.
