The Fitness Center program has been designed to provide residents of the Shoals area a resource for helping achieve optimum health and well-being. Whether a student or member of the community, whether young or senior citizen, the program can be tailored to your specific needs. The exercise programs are designed to help men and women work toward their optimal level of physical fitness through a supervised program or regular physical activity. The Fitness Center is unique because a personal exercise program is prescribed for each participant on the basis of the physical fitness evaluation.
Note: Students who wish to receive Physical Education course credit must register and pay through the myNW-SCC (Banner) system at the beginning of the semester.
