DID YOU KNOW???

According to law enforcement authorities, child abuse is one of the most under-reported crimes.  One child is molested every four seconds.  Statistics indicated that one out of every three girls and one out of every four boys are molested by age 18.  Various experts agree that the difference in these reported numbers may be due to the fact that boys report molestation less frequently than girls.  For additional information on child abuse / neglect, visit the DHR web page by clicking here.
