Building 127 (next to the Child Development Center)
7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

 Eligible children must be four years old by September 1, 2008

Parents and/or guardians should bring:

  • Child's Social Security Card

  • Child's OFFICIAL Birth Certificate (NOT the footprint/souvenir copy)

  • Child's Up-to-Date Certificate of Immunization (Blue Slip)

  • Parent's Valid Driver's License

  • Proof of Residency
