PHIL CAMPBELL HEAD START

The Phil Campbell Campus houses a Head Start Program under the direction of NW-SCC and Community Action of Decatur. This program is for qualifying children ages 3 through 4 and is a year-round program.  The Phil Campbell Head Start received N.A.E.Y.C.
