ENROLL YOUR CHILD

Before you can register your child, you must
contact the Child Development Center and
pick up a registration packet.
Complete the packet
and return it to the Center, along with:

Your child's birth certificate

Your child's social security card

Your child's Immunization record (Blue Slip)

Proof of residency (or Student ID)

$50.00 Registration Fee

A valid driver's license

A completed Free and Reduced Price Food Form is required for each child enrolled in the center. (Forms are available at the Child Development Center office.)

Weekly Rates:

Full Time

Mon - Fri

Opening (7am) - Closing (5pm)

$85.00* per week

Part Time

2 Day Min.

Opening (7am) - Closing (5:15pm)

$25.00 per day

1/2 Day (including lunch)

2 Day Min.

Opening - 12:30pm

$22.00 per day

1/2 Day (excluding lunch)

2 Day Min.

Opening - 11:30pm

$20.00 per day

* $5.00 per week discount for NW-SS students, faculty and staff (Full Time only)
