Career Services Center

Our Career Services Center is the bridge linking Northwest-Shoals, support agencies and our business and industry partners. Through the Center, our clients/students receive assessment, career counseling, job placement and connections to a myriad of opportunities.   Activities available through the center include individual career counseling, group workshops, skills review, and access to the modern technology of the Internet, audio-visual programs and distance learning courses.  It is the core connector linking school-to-career programs.

The Center links clients to our training partners, the Tri-County Adult Education Consortium, Alabama Employment Services, the College tutoring and financial aid services, training for business and industry, and the Northwest-Shoals academic programs as well as those of four-year colleges and universities.

The Career Services Center operates on both the Shoals and Phil Campbell campuses providing opportunities for more than 220,000 Alabama citizens in five counties.
