Minutes

· Task list was reviewed for upcoming due dates.

· Narratives and applicable documentation for Comprehensive Standard 3.9.1 and Comprehensive Standard 3.4.4 were reviewed and approved by the committee. Comprehensive Standard 3.4.12 was reviewed and it was decided that the narrative should be condensed and modified. The standard will be reviewed by the committee again when modifications are complete.
