· Task list was reviewed for upcoming due dates

· Narratives and applicable documentation for Comprehensive Standard 3.2.3, Comprehensive Standard 3.2.5, and Comprehensive Standard 3.4.5 were reviewed and approved by the committee. The committee reviewed Comprehensive Standard 3.2.12 and decided that more information should be included in the narrative. It will be revised and reviewed again at a later date.

· The committee discussed the importance of attendance at all meetings and the committee’s impact on the reaffirmation process.

· Next Meeting 7-5-07
