· Narratives and applicable documentation for Comprehensive Standard 3.5.1, Comprehensive Standard 3.7.1, Comprehensive Standard 3.10.1, Comprehensive Standard 3.11.2, Federal Requirement 4.6, and Federal Requirement 4.7 were reviewed and approved by the committee.

· The next meeting will be held on 11-29-07.
