COMPASS Test
The COMPASS (COMputer-adaptive Placement Assessment and Support Services) Test is designed to help you and your advisor determine which classes you should take in order to succeed at Northwest-Shoals Community College. All first-time students are required to take COMPASS. There is no "pass or fail". This test helps to determine your strengths and weaknesses and by doing so, helps YOU figure out where to best spend your time and money.
